Individual
Meeting with individuals in therapy is my bread and butter. Starting with a Rogerian approach, anyone and everyone coming into my office is greeted first and foremost with respect, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. Unconditional. I find from that starting point alone, clients are free to wrestle with the issues they face.
Often I use elements of Emotional Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in order to provide a non judgmental place for someone to wrestle with identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, unhealthy family systems, and internal conflict on their own terms and in their own time. Your story is priceless and my part in walking alongside you is a privilege.
Individual sessions are $125/hour.
Couples
Whether you are coming in for premarital counseling or you’ve been with your partner for decades, working with couples has become a place of strength and interest in the last few years. The health of the marriage dyad affects so many elements of the family system and it can be complicated, heavy work. But, utilizing Gottman Method Couples Therapy techniques and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), my approach helps couples navigate the toughest of relational stressors. Whether you’ve been through an affair, facing sexual or communication/conflict issues, addiction, parenting conflicts, couples therapy can provide the time and space for both partners to find a renewed curiosity in the self and in their partner.
Couples sessions are $140/hour or $185/90 minutes.
Groups
Group work can be a cost-efficient and effective way to address issues and needs in the social context. Vulnerability is key, but I run closed groups so intimacy and safety are paramount in the healing process. Check below for group updates and availability.

Committed Female Partners of Sex Addicts (CLOSED)
Runs biweekly Mondays at 6 PM MST online. Cost is $30/session. Open to all Colorado residents. Intake session required.
